Leeds Rhinos vs Hull KR 2014.

So Leeds Rhinos beat Hull KR 34-6 today in their opening game of the First Utility Super League. It was one hell of a game to say the least. In the first half, both teams got off to a bit of a fast-paced start though it was Leeds Rhinos that took the lead thanks to a try by Joel Moon. Sir Kev kicked the conversion.
It wasn't long though before Hull hit back through a try by Kris Keating. Their conversion was kicked by Craig Hall. Throughout the first half, errors were made and Rhinos had more opportunities to get more tries but it wasn't to be.

The second half started and boy did it start well for Rhinos. Tom Briscoe one of two new signings making their debut got his first of 3 tries for Leeds after Zak Hardaker, Kevin Sinfield and Brett Delaney combined to send Kallum Watkins right up the field before passing for Tom to score.

The second try for Briscoe came not long after when Kallum Watkins unselfishly passed the ball onto Tom for him to score his second try. Tom added his third not long after.  Sir Kev missed all three conversions at this point and hit the post after Danny McGuire added a try for Rhinos but he wouldn't be deterred.
The last two tries of the game came from Kallum Watkins and Zak Hardaker, the latter grabbing his first. Sir Kev converted both those to make sure the result was in the bag.

Great game overall for Rhinos!
